The Museu de Arte Contemporânea de Elvas (MACE) in Portugal presents Index, a solo exhibition of work by Julião Sarmento and curated by João Silvério. The exhibition features important historical works from the artist’s oeuvre as well as new work, including a performance that Sarmento created specifically for the exhibition. A catalogue designed by Pedro Falcão, with a text by João Silvério (Portuguese and English), has been published to accompany the exhibition.
