Julião Sarmento has been announced as the winner of the 8th edition of the Arts Prize Casino da Póvoa. A €30,000 prize the award also includes a solo exhibition at Cooperativa Árvore, Porto which opens on October 25, 2013. A monograph of Sarmento’s practice will published alongside the exhibition.
