Ulla von Brandenburg and Keren Cytter at International Project Space

Ulla von Brandenburg and Keren Cytter have both been invited by the Canadian artist Gareth Moore to produce a 16mm film for a children audience. The project organised by International Project Space and simply entitled Children’s Films will be screened around different public venues in Birmingham, UK from the 16th May to the 16th June 2012. “Only parents and guardians are allowed into the screenings, and only if really necessary”. Ulla von Brandenburg’s Zwei Manner und das Wildschwein (Two Men and the Wild Boar) tells the story of a worker who comes across a speaking boar which offers to grant him a wish, while Tina Fenomena by Keren Cytter presents extracts from the life of the artist’s cat.
