John Skoog is one of five artists who are this year’s recipients of the Malmö Art Museum 2013 Art Scholarship and Grants. Awarded annually the scholarships or grants support artists living and/or born in Skåne. John Skoog was awarded a 175,000 krona grant from the Aase & Richard Björklund fund. Other recipients of the grants were: Johan Eldrot, Johanna Fjaestad, Hanna Sjöstrand, and Beata Berggren.
